Voice and Photo Hints

Choosing the best picture

Eyes should be open
Mouth Should Be Closed
Head should be facing straight forward
Picture files must be in .jpg format

** Below is a sample of a perfect picture. We realize that taking the prefect picture is all but impossible. We can work with most any image but the closer to the sample the better the results.

Getting the best voice recording

Do not speak too quickly
Speak clearly
Eliminate all background noise
Voice files must be recorded in a .wav or .mp3 format

** You can find free voice recording software on the Internet. I personally use Audacity which can be downloaded here. You of course will also need a microphone.
